Drive to Guadalupe Mountains

The road is long across west Texas to get to New Mexico.  But, it is beautiful out there in the desert.  The Guadalupe Mountains are spectacular as you approach them!

 

I love I-10 through Texas!

 

The approach to the Guadalupe Mountains is breathtaking!

 

I thought these were wild horses, until they walked right over to me!

 

I don't think wild horses would look this good!

 

She was so sweet and friendly!

Some sand dunes.  There is no shortage of sand in Texas and New Mexico!
