Missions San Jose and Concepction

I have already posted lots of photos of these two missions from my last visit to San Antonio (http://juliesmiamitocalifornia.blogspot.com/2012/10/san-antonio-missions.html).  So, I am only going to post a few more of Concepcion and the artwork that is currently under renovation there. 

 

I LOVE these wall paintings!

As I was visiting Mission Concepcion, there was a loud ruckus with the police - lots of cop cars and shouting.  They ended up putting 3 people in their patrol cars at this National Historic place.  Seriously, why would some dumb criminals come to this beautiful place to commit a crime??
