Williams Waterwall (Houston TX)

Last time I visited Houston, the Waterwall was turned off, so it was just a Wall, not a Waterwall.  Fortunately, today the water was on.  It is beautiful.

Springtime flowers!  So pretty!

After Houston, I made it to San Antonio in time to eat at my favorite vegetarian restaurant there (Green Vegetarian Cuisine).  This place has moved into a very cool building called The Pearl Brewery.

Fake chicken fried steak, mashed potatos and kale - YUM!

I topped off the great meal with a vegan orange/cranberry cupcake!
